Email sending (Outlook / Microsoft 365)

Used to send invoices, RCTIs and job reports by email. The login username and the send-from address are usually the same for a normal mailbox, but differ when using an email-sending service (e.g. SMTP2GO).

Reading tables from images

Some customers send their run as a picture of a table rather than as text, and a picture cannot be pasted into a drop list. With a Claude API key here, a screenshot can be read into the paste box for you to check. Billed separately from your Claude subscription, at a fraction of a cent per run.

Stored on this server only and never shown again once saved. Revoke it at platform.claude.com if it is ever exposed.

The database is kept outside the application folder so deployments never overwrite live data. Nightly backups run automatically.
